Saudization (Nitaqat) Program
The Saudization policy of KSA has been in operation since 1985. It is officially known as the Saudi Nationalization Scheme (Nitaqat). Nitaqat is an initiative started by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) of Saudi Arabia to encourage private sector companies or business entities to hire Saudi nationals so that Saudi unemployment can be reduced and increase the share of their participation in the labor market. For this, the Ministry of Labour has set out the percentage of Saudi nationals employed in any company.
We at SPAR TECH are committed to nurturing and growing Saudi talent, essential for communities’ social and economic development to meet the Saudization program. Therefore, we aim to appoint and retain ambitious, high-caliber graduate and experienced candidates for all disciplines. For this, we train young Saudi nationals to enhance their job skills and, at the end of the training, facilitate employment. As a result, we are very proud of our Saudi working team, which consists of all talent categories, including engineers and skilled workforce.
